Tom Schulz
Director of Development

Tom Schulz specializes in residential strategic acquisitions and development.  He joined ACRE Residential in 2012 as a Residential/Land Entitlement Specialist and has over 20 years of experience in land acquisitions, entitlements and development in the Home Building Industry.  

Over his career, Tom has managed feasibility packages, negotiations and closed land transactions totaling over 200 million dollars, and managed developments of over 100,000 million dollars.  Tom has he has been responsible for acquiring, entitling, and/or developing land into communities that have ranged in size form 50 homes to large master planned communities of 5,000 plus homes; residential urban in-fill and mixed used developments.

Tom and his wife have two children and live in Alamo, CA. He is a licensed Landscape Architect and holds a B.L.A Degree from Iowa State University. He is also a graduate/Team Leader of Pulte Homes "Top Gun Program" for top performers in their field within the Pulte Organization.

Project Location: San Ramon, CA

Project Status: Under Construction

Located on 3 acres, this ACRE townhome development consisted of a general plan amendment and rezoning for Multiple Family High Density Residential.  The project consists of 42 Cottage style attached condominium units and 6 live/work units. Each townhouse unit ranges in size from 1680 to 1940 sf.

Project Status: Under Construction

Located on 9 acres, the ACRE townhome development consisted of value engineering to increase unit square footage and decrease building costs. The project consists of 70 detached townhomes; each unit ranges in size from 1600 to 2143 sf.
